- IRMの事業構造改革グループでは、回転機械事業におけるビジョンや中期経営計画の策定と、その目指すゴールに向けた各部門や業務における変革を推し進めています。ご入社いただいた後は、事業戦略の策定およびバリューチェーン（主活動／支援活動）におけるいずれかの機能戦略を担当いただき、IRMのビジョンや中期経営計画から落とし込んだ個々の業務課題と組織課題を抽出し、ボトルネックの特定および基本方針の策定等を社内外のプロフェッショナルと協力しながら行っていただきます。現在、上記内容を含めた事業構造改革プロジェクトを推進しており、その中で、経営層および部門長と議論しながら、変革に向けた様々な戦略・施策の検討を進めています。
