Responsibilities

• ご経験やスキルに応じて、下記業務を幅広く担当いただきます（メンバー全員で分担しながら業務を進めています）。
• 四半期ごとの決算発表や統合報告書の作成等を通じた以下の役割を担います。
  • 開示：決算発表資料の作成、金融庁・東証向け開示資料の作成および開示業務、統合報告書の編集等を行います。
  • 対話：日常のIR活動において

投資家・アナリスト等との個別面談やスモールミーティング等への同席および議事録作成

事業方針やサステナビリティ方針等に関する説明会（IR Day）の開催を行います。

• フィードバック：取締役会等のマネジメント会議体への報告資料を作成します。
• その他：IR戦略の検討・立案を行います。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 事業会社の財務関連業務や金融機関における実務経験（1～2年程度）
• 英語を用いた業務の経験（英語でのメイルコミュニケーション、英語資料の読解は日常的に発生します。）
• 語学：英語　日常レベルTOEIC(R)テスト600点相当／日本語　ビジネスレベル

■歓迎条件：

• M&Aプロジェクト参画の経験

■資格/専門知識：

• コーポレートファイナンス（資金調達、投資評価、株主還元等）に関連する実務経験や知識
