  Responsibilities

  ALM team develops strategic asset allocation as specialists in assets and liabilities, aiming to optimize the balance between assets and liabilities in the increasingly sophisticated asset management landscape for maximizing returns through appropriate risk management.
  Main responsibilities:
  Propose strategic asset allocaiton based on ICS
  Engage in and contribute to the Group ALM Center of Expertise
  Facilitate company's Investment & ALM Committee
  Support insurance product development from the ALM perspective
  Conduct fund selection for Separate Account
  Analyze and report market insights regarding ALM
  Other ALM-relating tasks
