今回は、システムバリデーションのサブプロジェクトを率い、品質・コスト・納期（QCT）を守ってプロジェクトを成功に導いていただける方を募集します。

■取り扱い製品
車内カメラ・レーダーシステム（例：ドライバーモニタリング、乗員モニタリング）
■業務概要
システム検証・妥当性確認（V&V）やシステム統合を含む、すべてのシステムテストを計画・主導する
システムの全機能が正しく評価されるよう、最適なテスト戦略（何を・どのように・どこまでテストするか）を定義する
各テストのスケジュールを管理し、マイルストーンまでに成果物が完成度の高い状態になるよう管理する
システムバリデーションのサブプロジェクトを率い、品質・コスト・納期（QCT）を守ってプロジェクトを成功に導く
■具体的な業務内容
技術プロジェクトマネジメント：システム統合・検証・妥当性確認（V&V）の全体戦略を立て、計画・コスト見積を含めて推進、完遂
システムバリデーションのサブプロジェクトチームをマネジメントし、SIL／HIL／実車環境でのテスト結果をまとめたV&Vレポートをタイムリーに提供
カメラ・レーダー特有の性能要件（検知精度、安定性、Euro NCAP などの規格）を満たすバリデーション戦略を策定・実行
システムテストリード、システム統合テストリードのマネジメント
機能安全に対応したテスト環境を整え、開発・提供を管理
バリデーション予算を管理
テスト進捗をスケジュールに沿って管理し、顧客納期を守るとともに、遅延リスクを早期に把握・共有
チーム内での働き：プロジェクトマネジメントチームと密に連携し、スケジュール・成果物・コスト・品質を一貫した方針で管理
FMEAに基づき、カメラ／レーダー特有の故障（センサ遮蔽、検知漏れ、誤検知など）に対して、適切な検証・バリデーション方法を検討・提案
他のプロジェクトTPM（テクニカルプロジェクトマネージャー）と協力し、社内外からの変更要求を評価したうえで、バリデーション計画やコストを柔軟に見直す
レポーティング：システムバリデーション全体の進捗状況や性能KPIを、システムプロジェクトマネージャーへ報告
システムヴァリデーションに関する顧客とのやり取りを行い、性能KPIの合意、テスト方針の説明、共同テストの計画・実施
テスト人員・設備不足、予算制約、スケジュール遅延などの課題が発生した場合は、対応策を整理したうえでマネジメントへ速やかにエスカレーション

つくばへ週1回ほど（日帰り）
