- ■仕事の内容：顧客の量産以降、仕入先製品等不具合発生時における顧客、販売部門及び仕入先への品質サポート業務
新規部品導入における顧客、販売部門及び仕入先への品質サポート業務
■求める役割：販売した商品に対する顧客やその納入先、市場での品質不具合に関する対応（不具合品受付/顧客ヒアリングに伴い、仕入先への不具合情報展開、不具合発生原因と対策立案内容の妥当性確認、仕入先からの報告書を基に顧客との不具合クローズ交渉）
品質に関する工程監査対応(仕入先への国内/海外出張、監査前後のフォロー、議事録対応)
顧客や仕入先との品質会議等
■主な顧客：中堅・大手の車載・電機メーカー等
■出張：国内、海外

■仕事の魅力：車載部品は1個の部品不具合が重大な車両不具合に発展する危険性がある重要な部品であり、品質問題の解決や未然防止活動は、当社の品質活動の重要なポジションです。
仕入れ先の協力や当社所有の品質技術の融合による不具合の解決は達成感が大きい業務です。
グループメンバーによるバックアップや不具合解決ノウハウを共有した問題解決にあたり、業務集中時のサポート体制も有。
社内教育によるスキルアップも可能です。
■働き方：会社としてテレワークを推進しておりますので、毎日の出社ではなく、業務内容を見据えながらの出社とテレワークを利用いただくことになる予定です。(週に約2回の出社頻度)
