Main responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiriesInvestigate defective products and identify the cause of failure. Prepare an analysis report based on the results.
If there is a manufacturing defect, we work with the manufacturing plant to limit the lot and create a countermeasure report.
If necessary, visit clients and explain the reports.

■職務内容：プロダクションプリンター用コントローラの開発における品質保証
国内や海外の外部委託先との連携およびプロジェクト管理
■事業内容：プロフェッショナルプリント事業は、デジタル印刷技術を活用し、商業印刷、産業印刷の分野での成長を目指しています。
また、印刷業界のデジタル化を推進し、顧客のDX（デジタルトランスフォーメーション）を支援する取り組みも行っています。
