Main responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiriesInvestigate defective products and identify the cause of failure. Prepare an analysis report based on the results.
If there is a manufacturing defect, we work with the manufacturing plant to limit the lot and create a countermeasure report.
If necessary, visit clients and explain the reports.
In addition, we will use analysis and evaluation equipment to analyze defective products, and we will provide training on how to use it. Factory microscopes (for dimensional measurement), SEM/EDX analysis, insertion/removal testers, contact resistance measuring instruments, etc.
Leading process improvement activitiesIf there are many complaints or process defects, we will work with the manufacturing plant to carry out quality improvement activities.
If necessary, we will visit and audit manufacturing plants and create action plans based on the audit results.
