Main responsibilities:
Responding to customer inquiriesInvestigate defective products and identify the cause of failure. Prepare an analysis report based on the results.
If there is a manufacturing defect, we work with the manufacturing plant to limit the lot and create a countermeasure report.

- 技術コンプライアンスチームにて、自転車部品・釣具におけるメカトロ製品の各国法規・規格の解釈や開発部門への展開、適合判断などをご担当いただきます。
入社後は、現メンバーとともに、E-BIKEや電動変速機等の法規・規格対応からご担当いただく予定です。
