  リソースマネジメント（CAPEX/OPEX/Headcount）
  人財育成活動の推進、教育体系の整備
  標準化/技術情報管理
  その他部門統括業務全般
  
  本社生産技術の立場で、グローバル生産技術機能の横断業務を主導するGlobal生産技術会議の主催、グローバルアクションプランの立案・進捗管理
  Globalリソースマネジメントの主導
  Global talent strategyの推進
  Global rule-standard committeeの主催
