Responsibilities: This position is responsible for providing project management leadership/support to the Global SCM projects in order to meet its goals/objectives in delivering an End 2 End Supply Chain Solution/on other potential business outcomes. The role is to take ownership of and manage projects through to fruition whilst delivering results through key stakeholders.
Main responsibilities:
Project management for medium to large-scale, global supply chain projects (Japan, APAC, EMEA, US, China)
Coordinate internal supply chain and other business function area resources, along with third-party vendors engaged by the business, to ensure flawless project execution
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress with relevant personnel, teams, organizations, and third parties
Manage overall project budget, time, and resource allocations
Track the timely provision of business process design and requirements
Manage global and regional interconnections, track activities with the global project team, and assign tasks accordingly
Coordinate user testing, key user training, communication, and regional hyper-care on the business side
Oversee and orchestrate day-to-day project execution activities, milestones, deliverables, and outcomes on the business side, in collaboration with potential implementation partners
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term supply chain goals for benefit harvesting
Identify risks, manage mitigation strategies related to the implementation project, and maintain ownership of regular updates on risk quantification and qualification
Continuously improve project execution through best practices and recommendations
Ensure transparency in cost, effort, and delivery for all stakeholders and senior management
Manage changes to the overall project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques

Responsibilities: Main responsibilities:
Makes sustainability data reports ready in compliant to all countries’ regulation such as EPR, LCA, Environment data.
Supervise process standardization for sustainability data management
Gather, review, document as-is business processes for HQ and all regions in scope
Design new to-be processes referring to best practice
Compare as-is and best practice, identify gaps and related business needs (such as local regulation), while recommending improvements and workarounds towards best practice
Get approvals to finalize the new to-be standard processes from GBPL and BTC, while driving buy-in from end-users to adopt the new to-be processes
Facilitate change management and lead subject matter experts to increase end-user satisfaction levels and business productivity using process improvement methodology and tools
Plan, Track, analyze and report progress to associated GBPL (reporting line)
Quantify, document and monitor benefits of process improvements
Support planning, coordination and execution of conference room pilots and other related workshops involving IT and end-users
