- Responsibilities
- Works directly with key internal members of the Takeshiba & Japan BUs Community in Asia and beyond as situationally required. Will interact at all levels with the Purchasing organization to understand savings, align with Company Strategies and perform effectively all purchasing activities.
Manages PO processes in Takeshiba align with their compliance policy.
Execute the awarding procedures and work with regional Business Unit procurement departments to have Purchase Orders issued once the plant purchasing department has obtained all required authorizations and approvals.
Follow strict segregation of duty requirements never entering situations of compromise or where you are both the issuer and authorizer of an order.
Works closely with the team to create monthly reports based on provided template on time manner.
Continually looks for ways to improve and exceed expectations, increase efficiency implement better process.
