組み込みソフトウェア設計開発全般を担い、ビジネス戦略に基づき要件を満たすために、業務の取り纏め者として、チームを率いて、またチーム間を調整し、組み込みソフトウェアの設計・開発・実装・検証・保守を指揮し、まとまった単位（機能やコンポーネント）のソフトウェアの実現に対して責任を負います。
ハードウェア、ソフトウェア、ネットワークなど情報通信分野についての一般的な知識を活用します。
開発工程の管理、組織内のメンバーの進捗管理、収支・資産の管理を行います。
【変更の範囲：会社の定める業務】
■働く環境：
1）配属組織／チーム
プロジェクト全体では140人程度。5～10名規模の単位でチームを作り、個々人がその技術の専門家として自主性を重視して開発内容を分担するとともに、他部門や事業部門の関係者と連携して業務を進めます。
2）在宅勤務可（出社、テレワークの併用）
週2～3日程度の出社を想定しています。
