    Responsibilities
    To execute marketing research studies by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting marketing research data, writing client reports, and constructing presentations. Leverage best-in-class predictive and statistical tools to generate sales forecasts for new product launches, analyze and optimize marketing plans, and write reports summarizing recommendations in a client-friendly manner. Generate consultative deep-dive analysis summarizing BASES insights, client outcomes, and conclusion for client insights and marketing teams. Supports the Client Development team in driving revenue by delivering excellent project work that results in repeat business. 
    Main responsibilities:

     
    Execute against projects across a variety of clients, meeting agreed-upon milestones 
    Accountable for high-quality client deliverables and sales forecasts 
    Deliver work without data errors and inconsistencies 
    Partner with various analytical teams to provide cohesive insights and recommendations to our clients 
    Develop mastery of BASES products and services as well as the project process 
    Develops mastery of proprietary tools and metrics within the first 6 months of the job 
    Develops a strong understanding of successful innovation within the first 6 months of the job (BASES Factors for Success, Demand-Driven Innovation Theory, BASES Forecasting Models) and apply this understanding to client deliverables 
    Demonstrates a basic understanding of what drives in-market sales and forecasting theory 
    Analyzes study results to draft emails, reports, and presentations 
    Participate in client discussions /presentations 
    Support special projects and thought leadership initiatives 
    Handles project-related client correspondence as needed 
    Supports the development of client training

    Responsibilities
    Main responsibilities:
    Drives cultural transformation of the Japan branch from a brand-centric to a consumer-centric organization by disseminating a consumer-centric mindset across the organization under the supervision of Manager.Develop and implement cross-functional processes that focus decision makers on relevant and actionable insights that drive consumer engine.
    Scope, evaluate and engage business partners with relevant expertise to increase impact and promote the consumer centrism.

    Manage and develop Research Agencies and other agencies coordinating the production of CI & Research materials and the implementation of study methodologies. This includes:Write high quality ad-hoc research briefs, questionnaires and guidelines that clearly meets business objectives,
    Ensure quality execution of Consumer and Trade Research studies as per individually set objectives,
    Evolve & upgrade research tools to generate actionable data that is a catalyst for insight and innovation,
    Review and value-add of reports, conclusions and recommendations generated by local or selected suppliers and facilitate deployment of information throughout organization.

    Provide strategic market information and analysis with business implications / recommendations to ensure that marketing decisions are made based on sound market insights.Drive data extraction, analysis and synthesis that focuses on strategic priorities.
    Coach and guide internal customers on understanding and utilizing Market Research output.
    Provide analysis and presentation of actionable, strategically focused, evidence-based recommendations,
    Specifically, own, and master tools such as Owner Panel, Social Listening platform, and fully utilize them for analysis and insights generation to support driving business.
    Drive innovation for insights gathering.
    Identify ways of finding consumer insights using techniques and methods that meet consumer behaviors and internal customers' needs.
    Learn from the business as well as other categories, apply to meet business expectations, and share the best practice with wider audience including other markets.

    Contribute to global Insights initiatives/project in cross-market team, demonstrating global and local representativeness to optimize quality and efficiency of insights gathering.
    Ensure all research and CI projects, activities and analysis, reports are fully compliant to PMI 40 and PMI 40-G1, PMI 41 and PMI 41-G1.
