  -Accelerate new sales in Asia by building a strong pipeline, acquiring strategic customers, and increasing regional market share in line with global growth objectives. 
  -Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty among large Asian accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  -Build and develop a high-performing commercial team across Japan, Korea, Malaysia, and China to drive collaboration, consistency, and regional growth.
