シミュレーション教育の標準化と社員の臨床能力の向上をグローバルに推進し、
血管インターベンション治療領域（脳血管を除く）における医療技術の普及を通じて、

■ポジションについて
主に社員向けトレーニングのトレーナーとして活躍いただきます。
具体的には、トレーニング当日のトレーナー業務はもちろんのこと、運営準備から研修資料の作成まで幅広く担当します。
また、社外教育（医師、医療スタッフ向け）への参画も想定しています。
教育業務プロセスのうち開発・運営・評価の領域において、医療者研修および企業職員研修に継続的に取り組みます。
■具体的な業務内容
シミュレーショントレーニングの運営
企業職員研修の運営
教育手法や教育教材の研究・開発、および実地への展開
医療者教育・企業職員教育・教育の質保証に関わる随時発生する業務への対応
■働く環境
休日出勤が0～2回/月ございます
在宅勤務・フレックスについて、特に制限は設けておりませんが、在宅勤務の実態としては、週4回在宅勤務可能の時もあれば、研修のため、毎日出勤のときもあります。
フレックスは個人の予定に応じて臨機応変に活用いただいております。

担当する製品や事業部の関係する製品群において、営業部門だけでなく製品実現に関わる社内ステークホルダーとクロスファンクショナルチームとして連携し
市場情報や競合の分析、製品のポジショニング戦術的なマーケティングプランの策定や、製品の上市やトレーニングなどを通じて、その部門の目標や目的の達成を推進する。
■具体的な業務内容
会社および事業部方針を踏まえて以下の担当業務を実行
主要学会のステークホルダーと連携し、システムの拡大を実行
大学病院等の教授やHigh volume centerのトップ等との面会を通じて、地域での製品の拡大をサポート
主要学会等と連携し、必要なエビデンス作りの交渉役となり、MAと協働
