Responsibilities: クラウドベース（AWS/Azure）のインフラ基盤（サーバ、ネットワーク、データベース等）の設計・構築・保守運用を担当。

Responsibilities: セキュリティの強化に向けて以下の業務を担当していただきます。社内へのセキュリティコンサルティング社内の開発エンジニアに対して、セキュリティの観点から技術的なアドバイスやレビューを行います。セキュリティに関するベストプラクティスを提案し、技術的なサポートを提供します。

脆弱性診断およびペネトレーションテスト同社のプロダクトに対して脆弱性診断及びペネトレーションテストを実施し、セキュリティホールや脆弱性を発見した際は、その対策を検討・実行します。

脆弱性情報の収集と検証・啓蒙脆弱性情報を収集し、検証を行います。新たな脆弱性に関する情報を社内で共有し、セキュリティ意識を高めるための社内での啓蒙活動を推進します。
クラウド環境のセキュリティガードレールの実装と維持クラウド環境（GCP／Azure）におけるセキュリティガードレールの実装と、その後の維持を担当します。クラウドセキュリティのベストプラクティスを適用し、セキュリティの高い運用を行います。
CIS Controlsに沿った施策の実行 CIS Controlsに基づいて、組織のセキュリティ施策を実行します。セキュリティの強化に向けた具体的なアクションプランを策定し、実施します。
セキュリティインシデントの対策・発生時の対応セキュリティインシデントが発生した際の対策を実施し、迅速かつ効果的な対応を行います。インシデント後の分析と対応策の改善も検討します。またスキルやご経験に応じて、CISO候補として以下の役割もご提示する可能性がございます。セキュリティチーム（CSIRT）の構築とチームマネジメント海外子会社を含む全社の情報セキュリティ／戦略の立案・実行

同社のITインフラの中のワークスタイル分野でグローバルでの運営・管理の中核を担って頂きます。エンドユーザーが日々利用するMicrosoft365を主とするITツール等を全体最適やガバナンスの観点で標準化し、グローバルでの運営最適化を図る大変重要な役割です。
当該領域メンバーの7割程度が海外グループ会社に在席しているため、様々なシーンで中心となって海外メンバーをリードし取りまとめる、若しくは連携して業務を遂行する、非常にやりがいのあるポジションです。なお活躍の状況によっては将来的な海外赴任の可能性もあります。近い将来のマネージャー候補の位置付けです。
■業務内容：
同社のワークスタイル領域における以下の業務を国内外のメンバーを率いて進めて頂きます。
Microsoft365のグローバル体制での運営、具体的には各種機能の調査やリリースの検討、標準ルールの策定など。
グローバルでの社給PC標準モデルの企画や交渉、WindowsやOfficeの管理とセットアップの標準化。
国内外業務アウトソーシングの管理と改善。

海外メンバーとはメールやチャットなどを使ってコミュニケーションを日々行い、会議では提案や方針説明、ディスカッションや取り纏めを行ない、グローバルで連携した対応を進めて頂きます。
