- AI・ビッグデータなどの先端デジタル技術を活用した、半導体デバイスの量産および開発における生産性改善に関する基礎及び応用研究開発。当社事業部や研究開発部門・工場の理想形を描き、そこに至る道程に必要なAI・機械学習技術及びそれを実現するプラットフォームの提案とプロトタイプ開発による実証を行います。さらに、その成果をシステム稼働させるための開発サポートを行います。
業務内容：
検査結果および測定データから歩留り・品質低下要因の自動推定
マテリアルズ・プロセスインフォマティクス等の機械学習を応用した材料・プロセス開発技術
製造装置の異常検知や故障予測を含むデータ解析
製造ライン分析を通じた工場全体の最適化に向けた生産コントロール
大規模データ分析用データベース技術開発
上記テーマを中心に、この領域における研究開発から実務、現場における実用化支援までご担当頂く。
