Responsibilities: Senior Site Reliability Engineerとして、すべてのユーザー向けサービスと他の同社の本番運用システムを正常かつ安全な状態で運用・維持する事を目標とします。データドリブンなアプローチを使用して、セキュリティ、および可用性の観点から必要なアーキテクチャの改善を特定する
堅牢なプロセスへ改善し、設定するために取られたアクションをドキュメント化
高品質の推奨事項を作成する際に、効率性、容量、セキュリティ、およびコストを考慮
スケールしないシステムの箇所を特定し、即時の緩和措置を適用して、これらのインシデントの長期的な解決を推進する
可用性と待機時間の目標を達成するためのチームをアラインするサービスレベル指標 (SLI) を特定する
コントロールとソリューションを改善する根本原因分析 (RCA) を実施する
コンフリクトをエスカレートさせない;チームを跨りコード品質とサイバーセキュリティのリスク/インシデントを解決する
アプリケーションのセキュリティ、監視、および対応手順の現状を改善するために、リーダーシップとステークホルダーと連携を取る
同社グループのカウンターパートと協力しアラート、インシデント対応を行う

Responsibilities: ■業務内容：大手企業を中心としたサーバーの詳細設計～構築をお任せします。クライアントの要件に基づき、ネットワーク／セキュリティのPM、要件定義、詳細設計をお任せします。
■具体的には：セキュリティ施策の推進支援
セキュリティオペレーションセンター（Tier2業務）
各種プロジェクト管理（課題・リスク、変更、進捗など）※プロジェクト計画から実行、監視、終結まで、多岐にわたる管理業務
セキュリティ施策推進業務を引き継ぎ、プロジェクトマネジメント、進捗管理、是正活動、関係各所との調整業務
エンド企業の親会社が監視する中、KPI達成に向けた具体的な施策立案と実行

※業務内容補足：標的型メール訓練の分析をしてKPIの向上につなげる改善提案など
パッチマネジメント（パッチ適用率の確保、パッチ適用スキームの立案・実行）
クラウドセキュリティ（AWS／GCP／Azure）設定の遵守
IT資産管理、情報資産管理、デバイス管理など
子会社のセキュリティ管理
ISMS／PMSなどのマネジメントシステムの運用・推進・改善・セキュリティ製品のアラート対応（Firewall、IPS／IDS、EDRなど）
アラート内容の分析・調査
レポート作成、報告
Tier1オペレーターからのエスカレーションを受けて対応方法の確定

■入社後の流れ：（1）入社後1～3日間：導入研修全社員共通の研修です。会社が目指している方向性はもちろん、ビジネスマナーや情報セキュリティ研修も行いますので、就業後の想像をしていただくことができます。
（2）配属が決まり次第、現場での業務にあたっていただきます。
