I understand that searching for a new job can be challenging and stressful. I myself had difficult time finding a job after having my first child. I often draw on that experience when speaking with candidates and clients.

Also, I believe that the job search process is an ever changing exercise and it is understandable that a person's needs and priorities shift throughout this undertaking. Therefore, it is very important for me to thoroughly prepare for the initial meeting so that we may both realize all of the potential goals.

Furthermore, when trying to match the candidate and the job, the cultural fit becomes very important, in addition to the skills and experiences. This is why I try to understand the personalities of my candidates, as well as the uniqueness and the culture of the companies.
