Responsibilities

研究・事業開発関係部門およびプロダクト＆サービス関係部門の事業領域において、月10件から15件ほどの案件を担当し、次のような業務に携わっていただきます。

• 取引・投資案件に関する契約書の審査、作成、リスク分析
• 事業部門および経営層からの法律相談への対応
• 国内外の契約交渉における論点整理、交渉方針の策定、関係者との調整
• 紛争・トラブル発生時の事実確認、対応方針の検討、外部専門家との連携
• 新規事業・新サービスの立ち上げにおける法的スキームの検討、規制調査、社内プロセス整備
• 投資・アライアンス案件における法務デューデリジェンス、契約設計、意思決定支援

Requirements

■必須条件：（※下記いずれも必須）

• 企業法務または取引法務に関する実務経験（目安6年以上）
• 契約書の審査・作成および契約交渉の経験
• 投資、業務提携、M&Aまたは新規事業に関する法務対応経験
• 外部弁護士との連携経験
• 日本語および英語による契約書・法務文書の作成・審査能力

■歓迎要件：

• TOEICスコア860以上
