生成AI、BI、ローコード／ノーコードを活用した全社DX推進に向け、企画からPoC、開発・実装までを担うメンバーを募集しています。

■ポジションについて
全行を対象としたDX施策の企画・推進を担当いただきます。
生成AI、BI、ローコード／ノーコードツールを活用し、業務課題の発掘からPoC、開発・実装、リリースまで一貫して推進するポジションです。

■具体的な業務内容

• 行内各部署の業務課題およびユーザーニーズの発掘・整理
• 生成AI、BI、ローコード／ノーコードを活用したDX施策の企画
• ユーザー部門によるツール導入・実装支援
• 業務効率化ツールおよび業務アプリの企画・作成
• 課題解決に向けたPoCの推進
• 要件定義、設計、テスト、リリース対応
• PM／BAとしてのプロジェクト推進およびロードマップ策定

•  以下いずれかの経験・知識
  •  生成AIに関する知識・経験
  •  Tableauを活用した業務経験
  •  Power Platform等のローコード／ノーコードツールを用いた業務アプリ開発経験
  •  BPR推進経験
