■ポジションについて
生成AIを活用した全社横断の共通プロダクト・プラットフォームの企画・推進を通じて、業務・組織・顧客提供価値の変革をリードいただきます。
事業部門やIT部門、リスク管理部門などと連携しながら、AI活用基盤の整備や利活用推進を担うポジションです。

■具体的な業務内容

• 生成AIやAIエージェントを活用した全社横断の共通プロダクト・プラットフォームの企画立案
• 業務変革に向けたソリューション設計およびアーキテクチャ方針の策定
• プロダクトマネジメントおよびロードマップ策定
• 事業部門、IT部門、リスク管理部門との連携による要件定義および施策立案
• 開発優先順位の策定およびプロジェクト推進
• 導入、展開、運用改善までを含むプロダクトライフサイクル全体のリード
• 社内関係部署、エンジニア、パートナー企業との折衝および合意形成
• AI活用拡大に向けた施策推進および業務高度化の支援

Requirements

■必須

• 生成AIを活用したアプリケーションまたは共通基盤・プラットフォームの企画、プロジェクト推進、業務適用およびリリース経験
• 生成AI、LLM、AIエージェント、API連携、認証認可に関する知識
• 生成AIに関する技術知見
• ネイティブレベルの日本語スキル

■歓迎

• 金融機関における業務経験
• 金融機関向けSI営業またはシステムコンサルティング経験
• AI・機械学習関連の開発経験
• Pythonを用いた開発経験
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
