生成AIを活用した業務変革を推進しており、業務課題の整理からソリューションの企画・実装まで一貫して担うメンバーを募集しています。

■ポジションについて
全社の業務部門を対象に、生成AIを活用した業務改革やシステム開発を推進いただきます。
業務部門やシステム開発部門と連携しながら、企画から実装まで一気通貫でプロジェクトをリードするポジションです。

■具体的な業務内容

• 生成AIを活用した業務プロセス改善施策の企画・推進
• 業務課題の整理およびAIソリューションの設計・実装
• 生成AI関連の開発環境の構築・運用
• マルチモーダルAIを活用した業務アプリケーションの企画・開発
• マルチLLM環境や市民開発環境の企画・構築
• 国内外における生成AI技術動向の調査・評価
• 関係部門や開発組織とのプロジェクト推進・調整

Requirements

■必須

• 生成AIを活用したDX企画またはシステム開発経験1年以上

■歓迎

• ビジネス課題・システム要件の整理経験
•  As-Is／To-Be分析経験
•  業務部門や開発部門との折衝経験
•  プロジェクトリード経験
•  OA、クラウド等のシステム基盤に関する知識・経験
•  英語力（読み書き、簡単なビジネス会話レベル）
