Responsibilities

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to real estate and urban development projects across Asia. Working closely with local development partners, you will be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from business planning and development to sales and operations. The role provides significant exposure to international project management and the potential to take on broader responsibilities within the global real estate business over time.
Main responsibilities:

• Drive real estate and urban development projects in Asian markets
• Build and manage partnerships with leading local developers
• Participate in business planning, project development, sales, and operational management
• Plan and execute initiatives that enhance asset profitability and urban value
• Coordinate projects with overseas offices and portfolio companies
• Serve as a project team member or project manager for real estate and urban development initiatives

Requirements

Minimum requirements:

• Approximately 5+ years of practical experience in the real estate industry
• Business-level English proficiency
• Fundamental knowledge of project financials and investment return analysis
• Strong communication skills and the ability to execute projects collaboratively within a team
• English: Advanced

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience leading large-scale projects or business development initiatives
• Experience in international business operations
• Professional real estate-related qualifications such as Registered Architect, Real Estate Transaction Specialist, or Real Estate Securitization-related certifications
