Responsibilities

■概要：

• EMC（電磁両立性）ハードウェアエキスパートとして、HVAC用電子制御ユニット（ECU）、インバータシステムおよびその他の電子制御プラットフォームにおけるEMC設計、検証、トラブルシューティング、法規適合業務を主導します。
• グローバルEMC規制、業界標準、社内品質要件への適合を確保しながら、高品質で信頼性が高く費用対効果の高いハードウェア開発を推進します。

■具体的には：

• EMC設計ガイドライン・標準・ベストプラクティスの策定
• EMC観点でのシステムアーキテクチャ、回路図、PCBレイアウトレビュー
• 国際規格(CISPR、IEC61000、EN、FCC、VCCI、GB/T等)に基づくEMC試験計画・実施
• EMC問題の根本原因解析と是正措置
• グラウンディング、シールド、フィルタ設計の最適化
• EMC専門家として技術指導および若手育成
• グローバルチーム、サプライヤ、認証機関との連携

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 電気工学・電子工学または関連分野の学士号または修士号
• ビジネスレベルの英語スキル
• EMCに関するエンジニアリング経験10年以上
• 電子制御ユニット、パワーエレクトロニクス、組込みシステム経験
• EMC／EMI、SI、PI、PCB設計、接地・シールド、フィルタ設計、インバータ技術、高速通信インターフェースに関する知識
