Responsibilities

財務領域における戦略立案から実行まで幅広くご担当いただきます。

• 資本政策および資金調達戦略の企画・推進
• 金融機関や社内外ステークホルダーとの折衝
• M&Aおよび事業戦略に関する財務面での支援
• 資金管理、財務計画策定および業績分析
• グループ会社を含む財務管理体制の強化
• リスクマネジメント施策の企画・運営
• 財務業務の高度化および業務改善推進
• 国内外のプロジェクト推進
• チームマネジメントおよび人材育成

Requirements

必須条件：

• 事業会社での財務業務の経験が5年程度ある方（資本政策立案・資金管理・資金調達、財務分析、子会社支援、財務効率化など）
• 会計の基本的な知識(BS、PL、CFが読める方)
• 英語力（ビジネスレベルの英語力）
