Responsibilities

急成長するデジタルサービス企業において、新設されたデータプラットフォームチームの技術リーダーとして、データガバナンス基盤の構築および次世代データモデルへの移行を推進するポジションです。技術戦略の策定から実装、組織づくりまで幅広く関与し、持続可能なデータ活用基盤の整備をリードいただきます。
業務内容：

• 技術方針およびロードマップの策定・維持・更新
• データガバナンス基盤の設計および優先順位付け
• データ階層化およびストレージ選定に関する意思決定フレームワークの構築
• 次世代データモデルへの移行プロジェクトのリード
• データベース負荷低減施策の全体設計
• 業務部門との合意形成および要件調整
• 外部専門家との協業体制の設計および運用
• 重大インシデント発生時の指揮および再発防止の仕組み化
• チームメンバーの育成および採用活動
• ハンズオンでの設計・開発・実装

Requirements

必須要件：

• コンピュータサイエンス、情報工学、その他理数系・情報系関連分野における学士号以上
• バックエンドまたはデータエンジニアリング領域における実務経験8年以上
• 上記経験のうち、テックリードまたはアーキテクト経験2年以上
• 英語：中級（技術議論および技術文書作成を主体的に行えるレベル）
• 日本語：中級（ビジネスレベル以上）

• 分散SQLデータベースに関する深い知見
• データウェアハウス導入を主導した経験
• データガバナンスの仕組み化経験
• データ保持ポリシーの設計および関係者との調整経験
