Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 企業に対する財務会計・財務報告領域のアドバイザリー業務を担当いただきます。
• 会計基準対応や財務報告支援、M&A関連支援、業務プロセス改善など、幅広いテーマでクライアントの課題解決を支援いただくポジションです。

具体的な業務：

• 会計基準および財務報告に関するアドバイザリー
• 海外上場や各種財務開示に関する支援
• M&Aにおける会計・財務報告分野のアドバイザリー
• 管理会計に関する支援
• 財務管理に関するアドバイザリー
• デジタルツールを活用した財務・会計業務プロセスの改善支援
• クライアントの課題分析および改善提案

Requirements

必須条件：

• 以下のいずれかに当てはまる方
  • -国内外の公認会計士資格保有者もしくは全科目合格（特に優遇）
  • -会計基準に関する知識・経験（5年以上あれば尚可）
  • -財務会計実務もしくは決算実務の経験（5年以上あれば尚可）
  • -会計監査業務もしくはアドバイザリー業務経験
• MS Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）の実務操作スキル

歓迎条件：

• ERPや連結システムの実務経験
