Responsibilities

• チーム・プロジェクト成長戦略の立案と、社内外の関係者を巻き込んだ実行
• 測定可能な成果を伴う技術プロジェクトの主導
• 部門横断プロジェクトのリード
• システムの安定性・拡張性を高める設計・改善
• SLI/SLO・エラーバジェットの定義と運用による、信頼性目標の管理
• インシデント対応
• RCAの仕組み化・標準化、およびブレームレスなポストモーテム文化の定着
• 可観測性（メトリクス・ログ・トレース）基盤の設計と改善
• CI/CDパイプラインとリリースマネジメントの整備による、開発チームの生産性向上
• クラウドコストの可視化と最適化
• 全社セキュリティ部門と連携した、セキュリティ要件への準拠と実装
• 開発チーム・プロダクトチームとの連携
• ドキュメント作成によるナレッジ・ベストプラクティスの共有

Requirements

●必要業務経験

• クラウドサービス（AWS等）を用いたシステムの設計・構築・運用経験
• Infrastructure as Code（Terraform、AWS CDK等）を用いた構築経験
• CI/CD・DevOpsパイプラインの設計・構築・運用経験
• 高度なデバッグ・トラブルシューティングスキル
• システムアーキテクチャに関する理解
• チームまたはプロジェクト単位での技術的な意思決定・推進経験
• 部門横断での合意形成・巻き込み力
