Responsibilities

グローバルなビジネス環境において、食品・飲料の購買調達業務を支える事務ポジションです。英語を活用しながら、サプライヤー管理やデータ分析、関係部署との調整業務に携わり、調達領域の専門性を高めることができます。
業務内容：

• 食品・飲料などの調達業務のサポート
• 食品サプライヤーへの見積依頼、価格・納期・商品情報などの確認
• 新商品の登録や代替商品の手配、サプライヤーとの各種調整
• サプライヤーおよび商品情報の管理、データ更新
• 購買データ、コスト、サプライヤー実績などの集計・分析
• Excel（ピボットテーブル等）を使用した資料・レポートの作成
• サプライヤーとの定期的なコミュニケーションおよびパフォーマンス確認のサポート
• 社内のオペレーション部門や関連部署との調整
• その他、食品調達に関する事務・管理業務のサポート

Requirements

必須要件：

• 国際的・多文化なビジネス環境での事務または業務サポート経験
• 基本的なPCスキル（Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook等）
• Excelを用いたデータ集計・分析経験（ピボットテーブルを含む）
• 英語：ビジネスレベルの英語力（社内外とのコミュニケーションで使用）

歓迎要件：

• 食品または飲料に関する購買・調達事務の経験
