Responsibilities

業務内容：

• オフィス向け飲食サービスで使用する食品・飲料などの調達業務に関する事務サポートを担当いただきます。
• 関係部署やサプライヤーと連携しながら、調達業務の円滑な運営を支援いただくポジションです。

具体的な業務：

• 食品・飲料などの調達業務サポート
• サプライヤーへの見積依頼および価格、納期、商品情報の確認
• 新商品登録および代替商品の手配
• サプライヤーとの各種調整業務
• サプライヤー情報および商品情報の管理、データ更新
• 購買データ、コスト、仕入実績等の集計
• Excelを使用した資料、レポート作成
• サプライヤーとの定期的なコミュニケーション支援
• 社内関係部署との調整業務
• 調達業務に関する事務および管理サポート

Requirements

必須条件：

• 国際的、多文化なビジネス環境での事務または業務サポート経験
• 基本的PCスキル（Word／Excel／PowerPoint／Outlook等）
  • Excelではピボットテーブルを使用したデータ集計・分析などをご対応いただきます。

歓迎条件：

• 食品や飲料の購買、調達事務のご経験
