Responsibilities

システム開発というフィールドを舞台に生成AIによる業務変革の可能性を追求するお仕事です。
主に以下の業務を想定しています。

• 金融分野における開発現場の課題分析
• 生成AIを活用した開発手法の企画
• 開発アセットの企画・プロトタイプ開発
• 開発プロジェクトとのコンセプト検証
• 現場への普及展開

Requirements

■必須条件：

• システム開発の経験をお持ちの方（開発規模や担当役割は問いません）

例えば、以下のような経験を活かすことができます。

• アプリケーション開発／基盤開発／テスト・品質管理／PMO
• 生成AIやAI技術の専門知識は必須ではありません。重視しているのは、開発現場を知っていること、そして「今の開発のどこに課題があるのか」を自分の経験をもとに考えられることです。

• 英語：中級
• 補足：歓迎：英語（製品情報、知識を原典に当たって調査できるレベル）
