Responsibilities

• 担当する北米グループ会社の事業計画・戦略策定支援
• 業績管理、KPI分析、予実管理、中期計画策定および経営課題の分析
• 事業成長に向けた各種施策・プロジェクトの企画・推進
• 市場、業界、競合動向の調査・分析
• 現地マネジメントとの連携および各種経営課題への対応
• 経営陣向けレポート、分析資料、会議資料の作成
• 日本本社と担当会社間のリエゾン・調整
• ガバナンス、内部統制の整備・運用・改善支援
• J-SOX対応および内部・外部監査対応
• 社内規程、承認プロセス、業務フロー等の整備・改善
• 必要に応じた北米グループ会社・部門横断プロジェクトの推進

Requirements

必須：

• 経営企画、事業企画、経営管理等の実務経験2年以上
• 計数管理・分析スキル
• PowerPoint、Excel等を用いた資料作成スキル
• 英語によるビジネスコミュニケーション能力
• 社内外の関係者と連携し、主体的に業務・プロジェクトを推進できる方

歓迎：

• 海外事業/海外拠点管理/クロスボーダー業務の経験
• ガバナンス/内部統制/J-SOX/監査対応等の経験
• 海外駐在および勤務への意欲
• TOEIC 850点以上/TOEFL iBT 95点以上/英検1級～準1級
