Responsibilities

• 同社のSDGsプラットフォーム（SaaS）のプリセールス
• 顧客およびアカウントマネジメントチームとの頻繁なコミュニケーションに基づき、ソフトウェア製品販売における広範な戦略の把握・理解。
• 技術的な信頼性を顧客の購買担当者に示し、主担当の営業社員の関係構築をサポート。
• システムからのデータ分析を行い、顧客のビジネスニーズに合わせてシステム設定を行う
• ソリューション要件の収集、および導入におけるベストプラクティスの提案・説明。
• 顧客および見込み顧客に対し、提供サービス・製品の技術プレゼンテーションの実施。
• システムの高度な設定と開発のため、プロダクトマネジメントチームと連携する。
• 技術チームと連携し、システムや設定に関する問題を解決する。
• 顧客へサポートやアドバイス(重要なレポート作成など)を提供する。
• 実装プロジェクトにおいて、設定におけるワークフローをリードする。
• プロジェクトにおいて、ジュニアメンバーへのサポート、ガイダンス、コーチングを提供し、システム機能に関する教育を支援する。

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 顧客対応経験５年以上
• 日本語ネイティブレベル、英語ビジネスレベル
• コミュニケーション力に優れた方
• ソフトウェア業界でのプリセールス経験

■歓迎条件：

• サステナビリティ（GHG、GRI、CDP、CSRD等）やサプライチェーンに関する経験・関心がある方
• ウェブベースのアプリケーションおよびソフトウェアの実装、設定の経験
• 新しいソフトウェアアプリケーションの経験
• 関連データベースの知識、または技術的専門知識(SQL、XMLなど)をお持ちの方尚可
