We specialize in utilizing "Level 4" autonomous driving technology to support long-distance logistics in Japan. We provide customized solutions using cutting-edge technology and are dedicated to improving quality control and production efficiency. We are advancing the project to realize trunk transportation services with autonomous trucks, combining the comprehensive power of a major Japanese trading company with AI technology.

Responsibilities

• アウトカー領域におけるシステム整備計画の立案、計画化に必要な調査や関係部門・アライアンス先との調整
• プロジェクト管理（進捗・課題・品質・構成・変更・リスク管理等）
• システム機能要件・非機能要件の整理および社内外ステークホルダー間の合意形成
• システムインタフェース仕様の調整や連携推進
• 複数システムを結合した業務オペレーションの検証（テスト計画立案、設計、現場フィールドテスト含む）

Requirements

• ITシステム開発の実務経験5年以上（技術や工程は不問）
• 商用開発向けのプログラミング経験（言語不問）
• 日本語（ネイティブ・N1レベル相当）
• 顧客や上位層向けのプレゼン資料作成スキル

歓迎条件:

• プロジェクトマネージャーやPMO経験
• 要件定義やCX/UX設計、インフラ技術の知見
• 英語力（基礎～ビジネスレベル）
