Responsibilities

同社グループの金融犯罪対策を統括するグローバル金融犯罪対策部の企画・統括機能として、戦略の立案や主要施策の企画・推進を実施しています。

• 同社グループ経営層が参加する各種会議の企画・運営（方針策定・資料作成等）
• 全行横断プロジェクトにおける部門方針の策定・推進
• 関係省庁（金融庁等）とのコミュニケーション
• 経費・予算・システム投資に係る計画策定・進捗管理
• 部門戦略の立案や主要施策の企画・推進

Requirements

■必須条件：

• 1000名規模以上の企業での業務経験（3年以上目安）
• 英語での業務遂行能力（TOEIC(R)テスト860点以上目安）

■歓迎条件：

• 金融機関、コンサルティングファーム、またはそれに準ずる企業において、企画、プロジェクトマネジメント等の経験を有する方
• 海外勤務経験、または海外拠点・海外関係者との協働を伴う業務経験を有し、グローバルな環境で活躍できる方
