Responsibilities

シニア戦略アドバイザーおよび医薬品開発領域のSubject Matter Expertとして、クライアントの複雑な開発課題を的確に把握し、経営層および開発責任者の意思決定に資する提言を提供することを期待します。
個々の専門領域に限定せず、臨床、薬事、科学、オペレーションおよびコマーシャルの観点を統合し、社内外の専門家をリードしながら、実行可能な開発戦略へと具体化していただきます。 加えて、RADDS Japan Leadership Teamの一員として、事業機会の創出、組織能力の強化、業務品質・効率性・収益性の向上、人材採用・育成および部門横断的な協働を推進する役割を担います。

Requirements

医薬品開発、薬事戦略、臨床開発、メディカル・サイエンティフィックリーダーシップまたはコンサルティング領域における10年以上の実務経験医薬品開発戦略および開発計画の策定に関する高度な専門性製薬企業等における臨床開発の実務経験、または臨床開発戦略・開発計画を主導した経験PMDAを含む日本の薬事規制環境に関する深い理解複雑な戦略コンサルティング案件または部門横断的な開発プロジェクトをリードした経験TPP、CDP、適応症優先順位、エンドポイント戦略およびベネフィット・リスク評価に関する知識・経験経営層および開発部門のシニアステークホルダーに対する高いコミュニケーション力、ファシリテーション力および提言力科学的、薬事的、事業的な複数の視点を統合し、実行可能な戦略へ落とし込む能力医学、薬学、生命科学、公衆衛生、統計学または関連する科学分野の学位、もしくはそれに相当する業界経験日本語および英語で、社内外の関係者と業務を遂行できるコミュニケーション能力
