Responsibilities

Microsoft 365／Copilotを活用し、同社グループの働き方や業務プロセスの変革を推進します。ツール展開にとどまらず、利用定着や業務への価値創出までを担うポジションです。また、チーム内のグループのリーダーとして、メンバーの業務管理やプロジェクト推進を担いながら、関係者を巻き込み施策の実行をリードしていただきます。

• Microsoft 365／Copilotを活用した業務変革施策の企画・定着推進
• データ活用方針や運用ルールの整備
• グループ内の業務優先順位の整理およびタスクマネジメント
• 案件状況を踏まえたメンバーへの業務アサイン・進捗管理
• グループ各社との調整および合意形成
• 外部パートナーやベンダーとの折衝・窓口対応

Requirements

■必須条件：

• プロジェクトのタスク管理などマネジメント業務の経験を有する方(目安5名以上のマネジメント)
• M365を活用した業務改善経験

■語学：

• 英語：中級

7.97 - 9.49 million yen
