Responsibilities

• プロジェクト進捗状況の管理
• プロジェクトのスケジュールの調整
• 社内外のステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション・調整
• プロジェクトドキュメントの管理・更新
• プロジェクトがスケジュール・予算・品質基準に沿って進むための支援
• 社内チームと連携した在庫管理および発注計画
• 社内承認プロセスの管理・対応?
• 見積書作成および手配
• 図面手配および必要に応じた作図対応

Requirements

必須条件

• 複数の案件が同時に進行するスピード感のある環境で、プロジェクトサポートまたはプロジェクト管理業務に携わった経験
• ビジネスレベルの日本語・英語力を有し、ヨーロッパおよびアジア地域のチームとのオンライン会議やメール対応を含む、グローバルな環境での業務経験をお持ちの方

• 医療機器、ヘルスケア、IT、設備導入プロジェクトの経験
• エンジニアリングまたは技術サポートの経験
• 在庫管理、発注計画、物流管理などサプライチェーン関連業務の経験
