Responsibilities

• 月次、四半期および年次において、グローバルレベルで子会社の数値を取りまとめたうえで、連結決算の計数作成、役員報告対応、会計監査人対応、およびディスクロージャー対応をご担当いただきます。
• また、ご希望とキャリアに応じて一定程度の経験を積んだ後には、財務会計のCoE（Center of Exellence）機能として、グループの財務会計制度の立案、改善及び維持、グループ各社への指導・サポート、専門性の高い会計処理対応、業務プロセス（含む連結決算システム）改善などの業務改革に携わっていただきます。
• なおプロフェッショナルとしてjoinいただいた際には、グループ各社へのガバナンスや指導、交渉もご担当いただいたり、3名ほどのメンバーのチームリード（PM）も担っていただく予定です。

Requirements

（※下記３つ以上満たす方）

• 上場企業における連結決算業務の実務経験3年以上
• 会計基準の変更対応や会計方針策定に携わった経験
• 海外子会社とのWeb会議や電話で、会計論点について主体的に議論・交渉ができる英語力（目安TOEIC 750点以上）
• マネジメント経験（管理職として２～3名以上のチーム）

歓迎要件:

• 財務会計ポリシーの企画・設計を主導した経験
• 会計システムの導入・刷新プロジェクトに主要メンバーとして関与した経験
