Responsibilities

• 業績分析・戦略支援：本部全体の業績分析に基づく経営課題の特定および解決支援
• 投融資案件の推進・管理：成長を牽引する投融資案件の進捗管理・ハンズオン支援・推進
• 投資審査機能の強化：本部における投資審査体制の構築・強化、および関連会議体の運営
• DX/AI活用推進：業務効率化や新規価値創造に向けたDX/AIの導入・活用推進

Requirements

必須条件：

• ビジネスレベルの英語力（TOEIC(R)730点以上）
• 本部や自組織のために積極的に仕事に取り組む姿勢
• Excel/PPT資料の作成経験

歓迎条件：下記いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

• 投融資の実務経験
• 計数管理知識
