Responsibilities

地政学リスクや気候変動リスクの高まり、人口減少・少子高齢化など、極めて不確実な社会・経済情勢の中で、行政に求められる役割は多様化・高度化しています。当社では、深い専門性を有した各業界のエキスパートが社内で連携し、クライアントと協創しながら、公共領域における全社変革や社会課題の解決を推進しています。官公庁、中央省庁、都道府県庁等で培われたご経験・ご知見を活かし、行政と民間の架け橋として、公共領域における変革および国益への貢献に携わっていただける方を募集しています。
業務内容：

• 官公庁・公共向けビジネスを行う顧客の業務課題に対し、公共・官公庁領域におけるエキスパートとして、顧客の課題（業務・IT等）の解決策立案から実行までご支援いただきます。
• プロジェクト事例
  • 省庁内AI活用検討・支援
  • 国家システム構築に向けた要件定義推進
  • 省庁全体管理組織支援
  • 申請手数料のオンライン納付に向けたBPR・検討支援
  • 近未来窓口DXモデル創出事業支援委託

Requirements

必須要件：

• 社会人経験3年以上
• 日本語ビジネスレベル
• 以下いずれかの経験
  • 官公庁における業務経験
  • 官公庁向けのコンサルティング/支援経験

歓迎要件：

• 中央省庁(1府13省庁)における業務経験
• 国や自治体のIT/DX施策に関する知見・支援経験
• 応募資格 4年制大学以上を卒業後、社会人経験3年以上の方
• 就業場所 東京本社、関西拠点、東海拠点、または会社の定める場所
• 就業時間 専門業務型裁量労働制
• 待遇 当社規定による
• 休日・休暇 休日：土曜、日曜、祝日
• 休暇：夏期休暇、年末年始休暇、年次有給休暇、特別休暇、代休、シックリーブ、子の看護休暇、介護休暇、生理休暇
