Responsibilities

• レストランにおけるスムーズなオペレーションの遂行
• マネジメント全般（売上管理、スタッフ育成、勤怠管理など）
• 各種プロモーションイベント・メニューの考案と実施

Requirements

必須条件：

• 料飲部におけるマネジメントならびにレストランの経験
• 料理、ワインやビバレッジに関する豊富な知識
• チームをサポートする卓越したサービスとトレーニングスキル
• 中級レベル以上の英語力および日本語力
• 中級レベルのPCスキル（Word、Excel）
