Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 飲食サービス部門におけるマネジメント業務全般を担当いただきます。
• お客様へ質の高いサービスを提供するとともに、店舗運営、スタッフマネジメント、売上向上施策の企画・推進を担っていただくポジションです。

業務詳細：

• 店舗オペレーションの管理および品質向上
• 売上・収益管理
• スタッフの育成、指導および評価
• シフト作成および勤怠管理
• サービス品質向上施策の企画・実施
• 各種プロモーション施策の企画・運営
• メニュー企画および販売促進施策の立案
• お客様対応および顧客満足度向上施策の推進
• 関係部署との連携および店舗運営管理

Requirements

必須条件：

• 料飲部におけるマネジメントならびにレストランとバーの経験
• 料理、ワインやビバレッジに関する豊富な知識
• チームをサポートする卓越したサービスとトレーニングスキル
• 中級レベル以上の英語力および日本語力
• 中級レベルのPCスキル（Word、Excel）
