Responsibilities

業務内容：

• 食品関連サービスにおける食品安全衛生管理の責任者として、安全・衛生基準の策定から運用、監査対応、改善活動まで幅広く担当いただきます。
• 全社的な食品安全マネジメント体制の強化を推進し、品質向上およびコンプライアンス遵守をリードいただくポジションです。

具体的な業務内容：

• 食品安全衛生管理体制の構築・運用
• 食品安全衛生基準およびガイドラインの策定・改定・展開
• 食品安全に関する監査準備、実施支援および改善フォロー
• 品質・衛生上の課題に対する原因分析および再発防止策の策定
• 国内外関係者との情報共有および連携
• 法令、規制、業界基準の調査および運用への反映
• 関係部署との調整および改善活動の推進
• 食品安全に関する教育・研修の企画・実施
• 各種レポート作成およびマネジメント層への報告
• 品質向上およびリスク低減施策の推進

Requirements

必須条件：

• 基本的PCスキル（Word/Excel/Outlook）
• コミュニケーション/対人対応スキル　
• 食品安全衛生管理（HACCP）のご経験
• 英語力（ビジネスレベル）

歓迎条件：

• 安全衛生管理（HSE）のご経験
