生成AIおよび大規模言語モデル（LLM）を活用した業務高度化プロジェクトに参画いただきます。
専門領域に特化したAIモデルの研究開発から実運用への適用までを担当し、業務プロセスの効率化・自動化を推進いただきます。

■具体的な業務内容

• ドメイン特化型大規模言語モデルの開発および性能向上
• 継続学習・モデルチューニングの実装および最適化
• 業務データの収集、整備、品質向上
• 学習データセットの設計および管理
• モデル評価基盤の構築
• 評価指標の設計および改善
• 最新AI技術・論文・オープンソースソフトウェアの調査および検証
• 関連部門との要件整理およびユースケース検討
• AIエージェントやAI活用ソリューションの企画・開発・導入推進

Requirements

■必須

• Pythonを用いた機械学習・Deep Learning開発経験
• 生成AI／LLMに関する実務または研究経験 （学習、Continued Pre-training、Fine-tuning、評価のいずれか）
• ビジネスレベル以上の英語スキル
  • 目安：TOEIC 600点
