Responsibilities

• LTMや各種LLMを組み込んだAIエージェント（Multi-Agentなど）およびAIワークフローの設計・開発・コード化
• RAG、プロンプトエンジニアリング、ベクトルDB、外部API／ツール連携機能の実装・高度化
• システム企画担当（他部署）がヒアリングした要件・課題をもとにした、実効性の高いAIアプリケーションの迅速な試作（PoC）・実装
• 実行ログ、評価データ、ユーザーフィードバックを回収し、AIエージェントの精度を継続向上させる「自律学習ループ」の仕組みづくり・LLMOps構築
• AI駆動開発（GitHub Copilotなど）や最新ツールを駆使した、少人数・高スピードな開発サイクルの推進

Requirements

• 生成AI／LLMを活用したウェブアプリケーション、AIエージェント、またはRAGシステムの開発経験（Python／TypeScriptなど）
• 要件定義・設計から実装・テスト・改善までを自律的に推進できるITリテラシー・開発推進力
• 英語の技術ドキュメントやOSSリポジトリを読解し、プロダクトに導入できるスキル（目安：TOEIC(R)テスト600点以上）
