Responsibilities

■ポジションについて
Nasdaq上場企業におけるUS-SOX対応を推進するポジションです。
グループ全体の内部統制体制の構築・運用を担い、コンサルタントや監査法人、各部門と連携しながら、全社的なガバナンス強化を推進いただきます。
また、内部統制の構築から評価、改善まで幅広く携わっていただきます。

■主な業務内容

• US-SOX対応方針の策定
• グループ横断での内部統制体制の構築
• 全社統制、業務プロセス統制、IT統制の整備および評価
• 内部統制評価結果に基づく改善施策の立案・推進
• グループ会社における内部統制整備、評価および改善推進
• 監査法人との協議および対応
• コンサルタントと連携したUS-SOX導入推進

Requirements

■必須

• 5年以上の事業会社における内部統制（J-SOX）対応の実務経験
• 内部統制の整備、運用、評価のいずれかの経験
• グループ会社や他部署との調整業務経験

■歓迎

• US-SOX法対応経験
• 内部統制構築経験
