Responsibilities

【職務内容】

• 担当する戦略的イニシアチブについて、企画、ガバナンス、リスク／課題管理、成果物、リソース、ステークホルダー調整、予算管理を含むエンドツーエンドのデリバリーをリードおよび支援し、承認されたスケジュール内での確実な実行を担う。
• 全社的な戦略、業務プロセス改革、AI関連施策、DX関連施策等々、複雑かつ大規模なプログラムが増加する中で PM&Iグループとしてのプロジェクトデリバリー支援を提供する。
• 担当するイニシアチブに応じて、プログラム・インクリメント・プランニングのファシリテーションを行い、アジャイルでのプロジェクト推進経験が限られている部門に対して、アジャイルな働き方の導入・定着を支援する。

Requirements

■必須要件

• アジャイルプロジェクトを含むプロジェクト経験３年以上
• 実務経験５年～10年以上   
• 利害が相反するStakeholderもしくはプロジェクトメンバー間の調整能力
• 英語力：スピーキングおよびリスニング能力を有し、ステークホルダー向けの報告資料を作成できること。
