Responsibilities

• ヘルスケアアプリのプロダクトビジョン・中長期戦略の策定、検証、浸透
• プロダクトの市場ポジショニング、競争戦略、収益化、プラットフォーム／エコシステム方針の検討
• ハードウェアとソフトウェアを一体化したプロダクト体験の設計と方向付け
• ユーザー、臨床現場、データ、エビデンスに基づくプロダクトディスカバリーの推進
• Product Ownerや各バリューストリームチームに対して、解くべき課題と目指す成果を明確に設定し、解決策の選択と実行は各チームに委ねる形でリードする
• 日本、オランダ、米国の関係者を巻き込んだグローバルな意思決定・合意形成
• デザインを画面改善にとどめず、サービスジャーニー全体を設計する上流活動として位置づける
• あらゆる方向からの要望に対して、明確な根拠をもって優先順位を守り、必要に応じて建設的に断ることで、スコープを保護する

Requirements

■必須条件：

• シニアプロダクトリーダー経験
• プロダクトビジョン、戦略、事業成果に対して実質的なオーナーシップを持った経験
• 大規模なコンシューマー向けデジタルプロダクト、またはグローバルに展開するプロダクトのリード経験
• 市場ポジショニング、収益化、プラットフォーム／エコシステム戦略に関する意思決定経験
• 異なる文化・組織をまたいだステークホルダーマネジメント経験

【語学力】

• 日本語：プロフェッショナルまたはネイティブレベル
• 英語：ビジネスで流暢に使用できるレベル
