Responsibilities

• プレイングマネージャーとして、開発プロセス構築、ソフトウェア品質改善および体制構築を主導
• 海外子会社を含むグローバル開発チームと協調し、IoT戦略、SaaS型ソリューション（DG.NET）の展開推進

■具体的には：

• グローバルソフトウェアロードマップの策定、IT・Iot製品の戦略立案と実行
• 品質改善体制の構築、工程内・市場ソフト不具合の原因分析および再発防止策推進
• ソフトウェアコードレビュー体制（CI/CD、Gitフロー等）の構築と開発プロセスの標準化
• 海外開発拠点との定常的な共同開発プロジェクトの推進とリソース管理

Requirements

必須条件：◇経験

• 各種電子機器、精密機器、ロボット等の制御・HMIソフト設計※10年以上
• PMまたはリーダー
• 海外の開発拠点、または外部の開発ベンダーとの折衝・共同開発

◇知識・スキル

• 大規模組み込みシステム、分散マイクロサービス開発に関するソフト工学の知識
• CI/CD、テスト自動化、Gitを用いた構成管理の構築・推進スキル
• TOEIC（R）テスト750点以上、HSK5級等、英語でのメールのやり取り※主に技術的折衝
• IoTデータ連携、インフラ構築の知見
