Responsibilities

全社的なデータ活用を支える基盤の運用・改善を担当いただきます。データ活用環境の整備やユーザー支援を通じて、業務効率化およびDX推進に貢献していただくポジションです。

• データ活用基盤の運用・保守
• データセットやレポートの作成、運用、改善
• 利用部門からの問い合わせ対応およびデータ活用支援
• データ活用促進に向けた継続的な業務改善活動
• 要件整理、優先順位調整および影響範囲の確認
• 開発部門、運用部門、外部パートナーとの連携・調整
• システム開発・改修における要件定義支援およびレビュー
• データ品質向上と利活用促進に向けた施策推進

Requirements

必須条件：

• データ基盤の運用経験（目安：2～3年以上）
• Power BIを用いたレポート開発の実務経験（目安：2～3年以上）
• 業務部門との要件定義・要件整理の経験（ヒアリング～要件化まで一連の対応）
• 関係者（業務部門・他開発者・ベンダー等）と調整しながら業務を進めた経験

歓迎条件：

• Azure Synapseの開発経験
• Azure DatabricksでのETL/ELTパイプライン開発経験
• SAP等の基幹システムの連携要件に関わった経験

7.5 - 11.5 million yen
