Responsibilities

環境・安全衛生（EHS）推進担当として、社内規程の整備や安全活動の推進、教育施策の企画・運営、法令対応などを担っていただきます。
＜規程関連業務＞

• 安全衛生関連規程の制定、改定、および定期的な見直し
• 関係部門と連携した各種会議体や運営体制の推進

＜国内外拠点の安全活動支援＞

• 国内外の関係部門と連携した安全活動の推進
• 事故発生時の調査、原因分析および再発防止策の立案
• 安全関連情報の収集・展開
• 各種安全施策の企画・実行支援

＜安全教育関連業務＞

• 安全教育プログラムの企画・運営
• 教育資料およびカリキュラム作成
• 教育・研修の実施

＜法令対応業務＞

• 国内外における法規制・法改正情報の調査および分析
• 関係部門への情報展開
• 法令対応に必要な規程・ルールの整備

Requirements

必須条件：以下いずれか必須（3年以上）※経験年数は目安です。

• メカ・エレキいずれかのエンジニアとしての設計経験
• 半導体製造装置や産業機械におけるフィールドエンジニア経験
• 英語でのメールでのやりとりが可能なレベル

歓迎条件：

• 安全審査業務、設計業務、現場での安全関連業務経験で3年程度
• 半導体製造装置メーカー、機械メーカー等での業務経験5年以上
  • 各国安全法規制やSEMIガイドラインに関する業務経験者は更に望ましい。
• 英語　日常会話ができる
